I'll be incorporated, and I'll be imitated, and overrated, but that doesn't bother me

I've caved into social media peer pressure and created a Facebook Page for my blog.

Since my blog is semi-anonymous, I'm not really comfortable linking to my personal Facebook page from here. But some of my friends and family who do know that I blog here would find it handy to get updates about new blog posts on Facebook.

Et voila: Compromise.

Now, if I can just get back into the habit of actually blogging on a semi-regular basis, I'll be all set.

So, just in case any of you were looking for yet another way to cyber-stalk me ... here you go:  ZenMom on Facebook.

Bloggers: Do you have a FB page for your blog? Please leave a link! :)

mwah,
Zen

I would LOVE to stalk you more...wait, is that even possible??

I would also love to comment more, but your page does the freakiest stuff on my IE, so I can usually only scroll halfway down your posts before the page goes kablooie and I can't comment or read the comments.

I'd say IE sucks, but yours is the only blog I have problems with, so I'm pointing the finger your way.

I do I do.
But I have no clue how to use it!

Yay new and more exciting ways to stalk you!

I keep on thinking about having a facebook page in my ASM identity, but I can't imagine being able to keep both up.

Mintz, daaaahling, I love being stalked by you. Have you tried IE8? Or, even better: Firefox? ;)

Sage: Just click on the link and then click "like" - I'll be popping up in your Facebook News Feed before you know it. :)

ASM: That's what kept me from doing it for so long. I can barely keep up with my personal FB profile: How can I do two?! But, then, several months ago, I started a pro FB Page for my company. And, really, it doesn't take up all that much time - just a few minutes every morning and evening, usually. So, I figured, okay, I'll give this a try. Also, I'm trying to set it up so that new blog post alerts will get sent to FB and Twitter automatically, so that should help some, too. If you decide to set one up, promise to let me know! :)

Like many of my other social media experiments, my page was created and then I couldn't figure out how to "maintain" it like a blog. However, for those interested in liking it...

I have one, but I'm not sure if it serves much of a purpose. I've tried starting discussions and such on it, but it stays veeeeeeeeeeery quiet.

Well, sounds good! Actually, I think a facebook page is a fantastic idea. I've been trying to nurture my own for the past year, and it brings about 6-8% of my visitors every day so that's something.

I did exactly the same thing! I write some fairly intense stuff about things that would upset my more christian friends, so keep it separate, and everyone wins right?
'cept I keep forgetting to do anything with my scubanurse FB page!
